WORK WITH US – Technical Assistant
Speak Percussion are seeking a new Technical Assistant.
The Technical Assistant (0.2 FTE) maintains Speak Percussion’s key infrastructure across its studio and warehouse spaces. They support the preparation and delivery of Speak Percussion’s creative developments, performances, recordings and tours. They will source and transport instruments, set up sound systems and coordinate packing for tours in collaboration with company artists. They are also responsible for the upkeep of Speak’s studio and warehouse facilities.
This role suits an individual who has interest in music and the performing arts with a range of technical abilities and a passion for problem solving within a collaborative artistic setting. Prior experience or a keen interest in sound production is highly desirable. This role provides flexible work hours and can accommodate the applicant’s other professional activities.
